There is a strict moving in/out process at 'Elk Apartments' to ensure your asset is protected. Residents are required to complete the attached 'Moving Booking Request' form and submit it to our office via email at least 72 hours prior to the move. Once received, we will enter the booking in the move in/out schedule and confirm your move via email or telephone. In the event that your requested date/time is not available, you will be contacted with an alternative option. You MUST provide a copy of your removalist's insurance certificate of currency within 24 hours of your moving date being confirmed by the Manager.
On the day of your move, the Caretaker/Building Manager will meet you onsite to provide you with the exclusive use lift key and provide further instruction regarding your move. A pre and post inspection of all common areas will be conducted by the Building Manager/Caretaker to ensure that the areas have not be damaged during the move.
Please bear in mind that the initial few weeks following settlement will be a very busy time with move ins therefore we appreciate your cooperation with the process and trust all Residents will be patient and abide by the OC Rules.
You are free to engage a retailer of your choice. Please arrange this prior to moving in.
